Home The Lubbock Organization of Residential Care Homes (LORCH) is an organization formed by a professional community of Residential, Assisted Living, and Personal Care Home owners and operators. As the  Lubbock Chapter of the Texas Organization of Residential Care Homes , we are dedicated to promoting  and implementing the highest quality service and care to Residents of Personal/Residential Care Facilities throughout the Lubbock area  that are conducive to emotional and physical well-being. This program is accomplished through the efforts of LORCH:

To advocate for the rights of all Residential care residents to be treated with optimum dignity, to receive routinely high quality service, and to be afforded the maximum independence their condition will allow;To organize and unite providers and other parties having an interest in residential care;To encourage, stimulate, improve, and sustain high quality care in residential care facilities;To conduct or participate in studies and research pertaining to residential care and;To represent the interest of residential care residents and providers in legislative and regulatory matters.
